Do not go in here unless you want to get harrassed and profiled as a thief went in there to buy a hat with my man he had already walked in with a hat the older lady at the register as we made our purchase kept starring at the hat he was wearing and turned around and starting reviewing the tape in front of us make sure you don't wear a hat when you go into this store or you will get accused of stealing.

If i could give this store a 0 out of ten I would. She screamed in my face, and i'm a minor. All I wanted was to exchange a jacket that I got for christmas for a bigger size. She was so completely rude, and had no respect for costomers. My dad went and had a word with her, and she was horrible to him. I cannot believe an owner of a store would act this nasty. Horrible. Never shop here.

They have asolutely the worst customer service! My hubby was gonna snap a picture in the store and the two workers yelled at him "No photos!" He quickly apologized and put his phone away. They then watched us making us feel like they thought we were gonna steal something, We couldn't wait to get out of there fast enough! As we were leaving , the short lady rudely said, "the sign says no photos!" I responded that we didn't see the sign (it's not displayed in a prominent place) and my hubby did apologize. She started arguing with me and raising her voice! I have never shopped in a store where it felt like I was being profiled and so rudely treated . Worse yet, she said no photos due to copyright, yet this store posts photos on their facebook page, what hypocrites. If I could give this store a ZERO I would. Don't shop here if you're a person who's not white, you'll probably be watched like a hawk and treated as a criminal!

Pretty rude customer service. Was never once asked if we needed anything. They have a sign that says "No photos" and honestly that sign is hard to see. If they really wanted to emphasize on that rule they should have gotten a bigger sign or at least up the small one near the door. The short woman snapped at a friend of mine for trying to take a photo of something. He apologize, but she just kept scolding him and lecturing him. After that the woman watched me and my friends like a hawk. I wanted to leave as soon as possible. It was my first time going into that store and I'm definitely never going back. If I could, I wouldn't put any stars. 0/5 stars

Poor customer service. No returns or exchanges period.
