What a rip off. I got a second opinion and was advised I did not need a root canal. Dr. Richardson charged me over $200 for a consult that I needed a root canal. Of course, I could not get that money back. I am glad I had a another opinion this root canal would have cost me $1,000.

Overcharged and refused to return the overpayment. Charged "Higher fees" for items that are not covered by insurance. I highly recommend going anywhere else, this dentist will not work with you and make you pay.

The procedure was performed very painfully and made my vision blurry very badly. Also, the staff members were rude. I will never visit this office again.
