Hello,
In my experience at Bahama Breeze in Towson,MD I found a lot of difficulty and disappointment in the service. I was in a party of 10, however the wait staff was inattentive and there was a poor display in staffing management for a Friday evening. My party waited for over an hour to receive our orders of food, to then be informed that all of the orders were still not ready. I have been a customer at this location numerous times and have never experienced such poor quality. I am reconsidering future visits frim this location.
