I went to this dentist to get new dentures more than a month ago. They did the exam and all that. But they told me i would have to wait till they heard from my insurance company for their approval. Trouble is this dentist never sent the paperwork to the insurance company for approval. We called the insurance company and they told us they never received anything so then we called the dentist and the secretary was such a rude obnoxious witch and got all huffy when we tried to explain the situation to her.

Nobody in their right mind should ever go to this dentist office they have no idea what they are doing and are completely disorganized and out of touch. BTW, they also can't give you anethesia because they have no license to do so. All in all, I wouldn't take my pet rattle snake to these people.

Took my daughter in for x-rays and treatment, she needed 4 fillings and a cleaning. They then told me I had to drive to Scranton to get the work done. I have no idea why!! They have the personality of dead people. Wouldn't let me go back with my daughter .. It was very uncomfortable knowing she was alone with them. I will not recommend them to anyone!

I went to this dentist office a few times, the secretary is rude and completely un-organized, the dentist only show up when they feel like it and the one dentist actually lectured me on having a tongue ring and being a teen parent (which in my opinion is none of his business). I feel that a dentist office should be welcoming and the dentist should be nice so that you are more comfortable, this place is nothing like that. The office is a tiny little box like room and I really dont think anyone who works there knows how to show a patient respect and kindness. I would never reccomend this place to anyone.
