Lived in 264 9th street now for 5 years. Mice roaming the basement and multiplying very fast. Had a mouse running up my Curtain the other night. Im shocked they do not act more hastily in fixing this matter. Never has been fixed since I moved in. I would like to stay but this is becoming a health hazard and I'm abot to call the health dept. I pay so much money to live here and living with mice and living like a neat freak and still not making a difference is driving me over the edge.
They need to fix the holes all around the building an four the damn garbage outside where it belongs !

The Delev managers treat our condo association like its their own...very happy with their knowledge and services- they have experience in all aspects of property mgmt. I always recommend. impressed!

The absolute worst management company we've had at our development in the past 29 years. Do your research and take my opinion, do not hire them to manage your property !!!!!!!!!!!

Awful, horrible, Tom whatever his last name is .. is never to be found.. the women that work for him are rude and plain unhappy people.. I hate the fact that I mistreated by them even though they work for our condo association.
