The company did a great job. They cleaned a dryer vent for us and I was very happy with their timeliness, professionalism and honesty. Company prices are reasonable. I decided to hire this company to clean the additional 3 dryer vents in the building that indicates how happy I am to have discovered them.

Everything about my service call went smoothly - scheduling was easy, and the technicians showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and got the job done quickly. I had the dryer vent cleaned; the entire service call was just over an hour, and was priced exactly as estimated over the phone. The technicians even corrected a problem with my washer hook-up (hot and cold water were switched) because they knew I wasn't able to move my washer and dryer on my own. Everyone I dealt with in this company was friendly and professional. Nothing at all to complain about.

They were responsive, reasonably priced, and knew what they were doing. It was a no brainer to hire them. On the day of job - the staff was professional and courteous. They ensured that house doesn't get messy during and after the cleanup process. After 3 hours, dryer vent was free of filthy dirt and horrible lint. Overall, they did phenomenal job. If you are looking for dryer vent clean up, I highly recommend these guys.

I have to say that this is how you do customer service. The company techs were very responsive and friendly. They arrived 15minutes early on Saturday and narrated the process of cleaning my dryer vent as they worked (my request). I have been suffering from a horrible cough and wanted to rule out dust/mold from my dryer unit. The gentleman did a great job of cleaning the visible lint and debris. They also left my tiny condo clean and I appreciate that thoughtfulness. The pricing was fair and upfront and I would definitely recommend them. So far this is the only home services company I've encountered that has done an exceptional job from intake to project completion.

I had a great experience with this company. They were well prepared, polite, and friendly and knows all about dryer vents! They took the time to explain things and showed us the lint buildup which could have resulted in a fire. They were quick and did a great job! We were very happy with the service and now we can sleep at night knowing our dryer isn't going to catch on fire.

These guys were fantastic! They did an amazing job taking care of our difficult dryer’s duct issues. They spent all day doing whatever necessary in order to replace our duct and vent. They were always cheerful and polite, and very considerate to keep our area clean and as if nothing had been done. Their professionalism was outstanding. In fact, the entire company was fantastic.

Booking our service over the phone was very easy and I received confirmation call the day before from the office and from the field technician. The company worker is not only an exceptional technician, but a quality person. He was careful, courteous, competent and comprehensive in how he carried out and explained the work he was doing with our dryer vent. He did a wonderful job replacing and cleaning out our dryer vent. He was very nice and friendly and left with the dryer working perfectly! I was nervous as I didn't know what company to get for this service, but after this experience I think I'll become a regular customer if I ever need a vent cleaning again.

The company-technician determined why my dryer took so long to dry clothes. I knew I probably needed the dryer vent cleaned but didn't know who to call. I am very glad I found these folks. The hose was badly kinked & collapsed in the small space behind the dryer and was replaced with better hose, vent cleaned and I opted for a new vent hood on my 18 year old house. I'm glad I did; dryer works beautifully now. Very professional and it's nice to feel you have received an honest service for the money. Would highly recommend them. They did a great work.

Had problems with my dryer and he gave a quick response and price estimate for fixing vs getting a new dryer. Knowledgeable and very helpful. Would definitely call again for service repairs and cleaning of dryer vent.
