I have had experience with several other cleaning companies in the area and have never been satisfied with the detail of cleaning. I have paid prices twice the amount of Trident Cleaning, and received half the level of service. After giving Trident Cleaning a call, I decided to set up an initial cleaning. They were able to give me a in home quote the same day of my phone call, and I scheduled my cleaning shortly after. Their staff was courteous and professional. From the start, I felt very comfortable. They arrived on time, with all supplies. When they left and I returned home, I was amazed at the sight of my home. Their level of detail was outstanding and I did not find one complaint or issue. After my initial cleaning, I decided to hire them on a regular basis (weekly). Since then, they always arrive on time on their scheduled day and I receive the same level of service each and every cleaning. It has been about four months now with weekly cleanings, and I have not had one complaint or issue. Their profesionalism and way of cleaning is unlike any other. Highly recommended from one picky homeowner to another! From experience, I know I will never find another cleaning company that I am more happy with!
