The donut station is a great coffee shops I come here everyday

There are dead bugs in the soda machines, and bugs flying around and landing on the donuts. In the cappuccino machine their is dried up milk and they stick that hose in the same milk they use for coffee, milk shakes and frozen drinks. I would not send even my worst enemy here. Not to mention the owner has no customer service skills, is rude to her customers and is very unprofessional.
