Saunders Housecleaning typically charges per square foot, however in cases where the entire home is not being completed we charge according to the requested job duties. General cleanings include all floors, counters, bathrooms, stovetop and front of stove, refrigerator top, front, and sides, and dusting. It doesn't include window cleaning, laundry, dishes, walls, or stripping and remaking of beds (or regular bed making).All of the not included can be added per request at an additional fee! For spring and fall deep cleanings your home is cleaned top to bottom; all floors, counters, cabinets (in/out), refrigerator (in/out/under), stove (in/out/under), windows (interior--unless tilt windows then in/out), bathrooms, washer and dryer (in/out), dusting, stripping and remaking of beds, and shampooing of couches and carpets.
