Awesome experience!!! wonderful, very knowledgeable team. Enjoyed the experience, have gone back time and time again. Worth every penny.

This spa is clean, comfy and homey also close to my home. They all know their job and do a good job in all the services I have had. If you have one service you can stay and relax in the quiet room, or sign up for a free soak in the Japanese tub. You can have wine or a mimosa or juice or lemon water all free. also healthy snacks are provided in gathering areas. there is a nice area outside in the back to listen to waterfall. and continue you relaxation. This spa is not new, but they have updated several areas and their cleanliness is important in my book. You will be relaxed when you leave - promise.

Too bad I cant rate this spa a zero!!!! My daughter and I went to this spa for a spa day,when we got there we walked right into a room filled with attitudes.The manager there(I think Her name is Nicole)is a royal B****!!!! The staff isnt too far from her,they dont even know how to book appointments.My daughter and I were told that the treatment we booked was not the treatment we were going to get for the day,they threw us outside in some little dirty tubs they have in the back.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WASTING HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS SPA!!!! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PROFFESIONAL SPAS OUT THERE

This place is awful...The ladies at the front desk are soooo rude,the manager(Nicole Is her name) is a royal B****!!!! The owner of this spa should be ashamed that he or she has those kind of people running this"high end"spa!!! I surely wouldnt ever spend another dime of my money at this spa!!!

Have been getting massages and facials here for over four years. It's clean, comfortable and the staff is very professional. Really nice accomodations, too. Check out the website and the spa - really think you'll like it.

I go to this Spa to get waxing every 4 weeks and the Front Desk Girls are terrible! They always have something to complain about and they don't act professional most of the time! I sit out at the front waiting for my appointment and the girls talk about unproper things and their behavior is not lady-like at all! I hear them complain about clients and their own boss. After they get off the phone with a client, they complain and use unproper language even though they see me sitting there! When clients come in to check in for their appointment, the girls don't acknowledge them at all! They all are in their own conversations and has to finished it before they help the clients. I know this place has been open for a long time and it's sad to see that the front desk girls are that awful! They need to teach them some class before putting them out there!
