This place is bringing down property values in my neighborhood! Bad bar food and music that rattles my window s from two blocks away.

I work downtown at Westar and found out Seabrook was here. A friend and I walked in to try it. Its a good 2 block walk and it happened to be cold, but we really wanted to see if it was any good. We walked in about 11:30 and waited ten minutes to get service, which we understood because of how busy they were. We placed an order and waited another 30 mins. We still hadnt received our food and had seen groups who showed up later get their food. We politely asked a waiter what was going on, and he said, "thats how the orders go in, you can either leave or wait for your food." no explanation as to why it was taking so long. Obviously, we decided to walk, and he made no attempt for us to stay. We will not be going back, and I have advised anyone I know to not waste their time. After a long walk in the cold, terrible service like that was all we needed to not go back. I hope this saves someone the trouble.
