Rosevilla is a very low budget company. Offers no benefits to its employees, (even after Obamacare passed). Owners found a way to cheat the system. They register each building under different business name to avoid paying benefits.For example, Rosevilla on Fillmore Street is legally named: LVJ Rentals LLC, vs Hope house, or Duke would be JV Rentals LLC etc. They employees work in many buildings which makes all this buildings one "Rosevilla" company but for tax purposes and evading paying benefits they call each building under different name. Residents pay "rent" of $2700 a month. For almost 100 residents there are 3 staff during the day, and 2 staff at night. The company is heavily understaffed. Really dirty on the inside. The company takes out taxes, medicare out of paycheck but by itself does not contribute anything (0) for retirement or unemployments etc. Company has "exercies equipment" to attract new residents however, now one hardly ever uses it. The owners are Lynn and Jay Nichols making over a million dollars a year. The money that VA spends for homeless veterans, goes mostly to enrich the business owners like Jay and Lynn Nichols.
