He came to give an estimate and talked about start date. He came and did the projects. He did a very nice job. He replaced some sheetrock, replaced subfloor, put down vynal, repaired and replaced shower walls and shower head. He cleaned up and did it for exactly what he bid it. I am very pleased and will have him do more projects.
