Brought three vehicles in for oil changes,(which includes oil change topping off fluids and tire balance and rotation) My mini van came back with two Qts to much transmission fluid, and missing the valve stem caps, The jeep came back One Qt over on oil, and One Qt over on transmission fluid and missing specialty valve stem caps and no sticker on the windshield on the next oil change, The truck came back with One Qt over on oil, Two Qts over on transmission fluid,and no wiper fluid refill on any vehicle...........I talked with the manager He was less than interested in helping me ........And now that I think about it I am doubting that they rotated the tires on any of my vehicles
