There is one word which comes to mind when I am asked to describe my experience working for Kansas Hospice Care, "integrity." It is generally a personal choice to uphold oneself to consistent moral and ethical standards. It is a rare occurrence to find a company where all the employees possess the virtue of integrity. The leadership team values their employees and provides a solid support system to ensure patients receive the best care tailored to their needs. The clinical team is very experienced in end of life care. They go the extra mile to make a difference in the lives of the patients and families for which they serve. The community relations team comprises passionate nurses and community liaisons who understand the importance of end of life care and strive to educate healthcare professionals and the community about the benefits of hospice care.
