Cozy Home Rental Mgmt has over 25 years of experience in the residential rental business.  We started with our own rental property and now manage over 300 rental units.  We are able to offer repairs and remodeling by our highly experienced maintenance. They are able to handle all common household repairs.  We offer full management of properties, such as advertising, showings, tenant contact.  We conduct complete tenant screening in-house so that we are able to control the quality of the searchs.  All of our property managers are extremely familiar with the Kansas Landlord Tenant Act. 

We also offer a New Tenant Location Service for those property owners that want to manage their own property but wants some help finding quality tenants.  WE find the tenant... you manage the property.
