We really liked this place the first time we went there; we thought the food was a step above all other chinese buffets, and the price showed it. When we went back last week it seemed the food was no better than any number of other restaurants. Also, our party of three got no refills on our water, and we were charged gratuity at the rate of 15%. At a buffet? Needless to say, we won't be back!
