BUYER BEWARE! Refused to help on a covered auto accident. One year later still waiting on State farm to pay covered medical claim, now dealing with collections agency on medical. Mr Aldridge still won't "get involved" "not his job"

Have to give one star because can't rate any lower. Poor service after the sale. No follow through, help or assistance.

I have been doing business with State Farm for years and they are always professional and quick to assist me and my family with our needs
