My wife and I purchased a 1999 Buick LeSabre from Bozarth Best Buy. The dealership said that the vehicle had 49,000 miles on it, was a one-owner car, and had many miles left to go. The salesman told us that the A/C was in very good condition.

Within a month of owning it, one of the tires blew and we had to replace all the tires because they were old and brittle, according to the tire shop. The tires that were on it when Bozarth Best Buy sold it were unsafe for road use.

Then we began noticing a popping noise whenever we turned a corner or went over a bump, and a raspy noise when the AC wasn’t engaged. We took it to a reputable mechanic and he said the AC clutch needed replaced. After looking under the car, he told us that the place where the front tires connected to the rest of the frame was so rusted out that the car was unsafe to drive. He advised us to not spend money replacing the AC. He also said that someone had tried to “cover up” or “improvise” for the rusted frame by putting what looks like two large washers on the most rusted area. I know they aren’t technically washers, but I don’t know what they are called. There is so much rust that these two new parts are attached by less than 2 inches of metal to the frame, when it should be attached to at least 5 inches (the whole circumference of the hole).

We notified the dealership and took it to them for inspection. After about a month, they finally answered our calls and told us the following: the car cannot be fixed, the fact that it is “unsafe to drive” is an opinion and is not objective, they will not give us our money back, they will trade us for a different car. When I sent them a list of acceptable cars, Mr. Bozarth then told me that he didn't say "trade". He wanted to sell us a different, more expensive car. They refused to return our money.

My wife and I suggest buying a car from a more reputable company than Bozarth Best Buy. Companies like this have low standards for safety and quality.

Autos Inc South! Avoid, avoid, and avoid. I purchased a vehicle for $4,800.00 in cash, within the thirty day warranty had two different breakdowns, one they fixed, (must have been cheap) the other they said they did, but obviously not, for I had to at the expense of $700.00. I hope you read this review, it’s honest and straightforward, and it’s written in your best interest.
Sincerely, Allen T.
