Great products and excellent customer service! Looks more factory than the original! You can’t go wrong.

Wish I could give them 0 stars honestly. I bought a sub from Cartoys and took it to them to by the amp and install it. Used it for the 1st time and the amp they recommended for my sub couldn't handle the load and locked my sub up and put my amp in protect mode. So my sub I spent hundreds of dollars on is now trash because they are ignorant. Do not go there, they are sales men and know nothing. You want quality and knowledge, go to Cartoys.

The owner quoted one price then when he said he needed to charge more. I explained he needed to talk to my husband, so I got him on my cell phone. The owner got on my phone to talk then threw my phone onto the counter at me. He didn't try to talk about anything with my husband. Then I tried to hand him a credit card when he said "we don't take discover!" (very rude) and threw it onto the counter; towards me. I was never rude, I never argued about what he was saying. Just asked that he talked to my husband (the person he had set everything up with). I would expect better customer service from a business. I will never go back and will never recommend to anyone else. Terrible customer service!

Staff and owner seem to know their stuff. Not pushy. Good prices. Quality installation. Went out of their way to make sure I was happy.

Great quality sound equipment. Very helpful and friendly.
