They did our taxes on time and at about 1/2 what the other places wanted. The people were friendly and obviously enjoying their work. We will go back.

I went to American Tax Service after having some bad experiences with my taxes at other tax businesses. Not only were they professional and courteous, but they could explain what I needed to do in simple terms. The fact that they are a local business makes me more excited. I finally have a "tax guy" I can trust.

Completely screwed up my taxes and I got a letter from the IRS. When I made an appointment to go over my letter she never even showed up and has not returned any of my calls! This whole thing cost me more than $2000.00 to fix!
