Built in 1929, The Kirk has a rich history and timeless charm. The Kirk changed ownership and management in March of 2014 and has expanded to offer not only nightly/weekly hotel stays, but corporate leases for 3+ months for guests here on business, internships or other short term conditions. We also offer 6+ month leases for more permanent residency. We have hotel rooms, studios with full kitchens, and one or two bedroom apartments. The hotel rooms are comfortably furnished and include microwaves, mini fridges, coffee makers and toasters. Most of the apartments are furnished but can be unfurnished upon request. We are a secure, locked community with ample off street parking and enjoy a special atmosphere that is unique to The Kirk.

BEWARE

BEWARE!!! owner is very rude..we made a reservation with the manager a week in advance. We decided not to stay there so we went in five days before the reservation started to get our money back. We walked.in and the owner was immediately in our faces telling us to get the (bleep) out we said sir where jus here for a refund. He said I don't give a (bleep) and got in our faces INFRONT OF MY SMALL CHILDREN I STILL CANT BELIEVE THIS HAPPEND we called.the cops they said.they couldn't do anything which is nuts to me but at least we have our money back!anyone know who I can call about this?

As new long term guests we have never felt more at home. My four year old loves the atmosphere here. Very family, kid, and pet friendly. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. The rooms are huge! The back yard is the perfect place for a child to play. We are already loving it here.
