Provided by YP.comI would give this location 0 stars if I had the option. From the moment I decided to purchase my dress, it has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with them. For the sake of brevity, I'll focus on my most recent experience there. While my wedding dress fits perfectly and does not need any alterations, I decided to take advantage of their free steaming. I called them about 8 weeks before my wedding to see what I needed to do for this and was told I could bring my dress in at any time and they would take care of it.
The following weekend I brought my dress in. I was asked by 4 different associates over the course of 45 minutes if I was being helped, to which I told them no and explained why I was there. Each associate then told me they couldn't help me and walked away. Eventually, I was able to get the attention of an associate who started helping me. I informed her that I knew it was early, but I needed to be able to pick my dress up ahead of time, since I would be out of town for work the 2 weeks prior to my wedding. She told me I could pick my dress up 3 days before. I repeated why that would not work, so she offered to have it ready 10 days before. Again I told her I needed it earlier, and she was short with me and asked when I wanted to pick it up. Finally, I was able to pick a date that would work for me, she took my dress, wrote the date on the receipt and I was on my way.
More than a month later, on the date written on my receipt, I returned to pick up my dress. I was told it had not yet been steamed. If I arrived after the ready date and time on my receipt, why had it still not been steamed? I was told that my consultant hadn't "gotten around to it." I reminded them of the same thing I had discussed with the associate that I needed to pick up my dress in advance since I would be out of town. Finally, after explaining to them that, I was told they would do it right then, but that it was an hour long steaming, and I would have to come back in an hour. After having my dress for a month, my consultant wasn't able to find one hour to steam?
I left to go kill my hour, and luckily, when I returned I was able to take my dress with me. Thank god I never have to go there again. And my bridesmaids have already experienced first-hand how difficult they are to work with. The consultants here see you as a nothing more than what they can sell to you at that moment. I've never witnessed such poor customer service anywhere. Stay away and avoid the headache. It's well worth the extra $500 to purchase a dress elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comNicole was a fantastic help to me. She has great ideas and attention to detail. Head to toe, she will have you looking fantastic. Everyone in the shop was very friendly to me - even when I popped in without an appointment.
