I have called this buis. 4 times, I stopped at shop twice.

I talked to owner Thur. said he would try to stop by but he was busy at the moment. He never called me on Friday to make a diff. appointment. I called but answering mach was full so I went to his shop and talked to a worker, which I bought part from. He said that they would come out early this week. Monday and Tuesday: Have not received a call stating time. Today is Tuesday and I have called again.

My furn. is broke, I bought part from this company to install and make sure furn. is safe. I am 59 yr.s old and live alone on top of a Mt. I have gotten sick Thursday night. Temp drops below freezing up here on Mt. I am still waiting for my call to be returned. I would put the part in , but if I do it wrong- I will blow up my furn.
