We use fresh Jersey vine-ripened tomatoes. These tomatoes are picked and blended with Sacramento's Pizzeria & Taqueria private blend of herbs and spices. Unlike our competitors, Sacramento's Pizzeria & Taqueria sauce or gravy is freshly made and never reconstituted from paste to ensure the freshest taste on every pizza. Here at Sacramento's Pizzeria & Taqueria, we understand it's all about the cheese. We have held true to tradition and quality with our custom blended and aged whole milk mozzarella imported from Wisconsin, the cheese capitol of the world. There's no compromise here!
