Went for a replacement part for my Doughboy filter. Two gentlemen there and they couldn't have been more helpful....ordered the part and called me promptly when it came. Unfortunately, after getting the part, I realized that I needed an additional part, so I called back. Got a woman on the phone ( didn't get her name) and I tried to explain that I just ordered a part and needed another one and if she could look in their system to get my filter model. She couldn't have been more unhelpful......she was outright nasty because I dates to ask her to help me. I found another supplier for Doughboy filters (Central Jersey Pools) who couldn't be more helpful. Carlton list a $350 sale due to the incredibly nasty woman.

I went to Carlton Pools for Doughboy Parts for my filter. They had all the parts in stock. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all my questions. The store is clean and set up in a customer friendly way. I would recommend this store to others.
