I highly recommend Southern renovated homes. They have taken care of multiple projects for me, anything from painting cabinetry to the mother in law suite I had built onto my main residence. Pictures below are exterior painting, siding and facia repairs. 5 stars!

We LOVE their team! I use them on my personal properties as well as I'm a realtor & use them for all my clients. They are so knowledgeable with products, designs, paint & customer service is superb. Owner is hands on & all pricing is competitive plus they are insured plus a local business. They have all the knowledge and power as a large franchise and all the wonderful qualities of a local business a true neighbor in your community! My review is a long time coming. I couldn't speak more highly however their work does!

Just look at the result, so meticulous.Every detail is Perfection! These guys keep the best communication through out work and showed up every single day until the job was completed. We are extremely happy and will be using them again.

This is actually two different reviews for two separate jobs. First one was last year I had my exterior painted & some sheetrock repaired put my house on the market & it sold. We had excellent curb appeal thanks to Sergio & his team. Second job is at my new home. I had the kitchen completely reconstructed. Took out a wall, added garden sink, farm house vent hood, the works! They tiled three restrooms and painted all interior walls, baseboards & trim. Aaaaand WOW. Just wow. Amazing. We love it. We can not wait to host Thanksgiving this year! Thank you so so much Southern Renovated Homes!!!!!
