Good job on our patio cover. Especially very pleased with the operations manager, Joe, who coordinated the works. A few minor issues on the finishing here and there that could have been better handled commercially but overall really pleased with the project.

04-08-13 Contacted 'Patio Cover Solutions', of Tomball, Tx, (advertisement states 'Elegant Custom Pergolas') via phone, regarding adding a Pergola to the back of the house out over the spa. Size would be approx. 14' x 18' made of cedar. Told the guy we saw his add showing different types of Pergolas that they have and we are interested in one of their styles. Do not want it free standing but in the ground. He said, 'Telling me how to do my work?". I then stated no, but that you probable could not go out 18' without adding another post, having three on each side, which is okay with us. (before I called, we knew they would probes able want to come out, which is fine) He then said, "You want some kind of price quote? We don't do that." Then he hung up on me.....real quick. I was just trying to get some information from him and have him come out to look at the back patio area where we want the Pergola. They are just RUDE....and does not deserve my business or anyone else's.
