I walked into the store to acquire about having some rings repaired and I was treated horribly. The woman would not make eye contact with me, she spoke rudely and rolled her eyes when I asked a question and had her arms crossed the whole time. She was not busy, she was visiting with another employee when I walked into the store. I left and returned 15 minutes later because I was so upset. There was only one employee behind the counter and I asked if I could speak to a manager or owner. She rudely said "what do you want?" So I sternly asked my question again. Finally after asking a second employee to get an owner someone finally came out to speak to me. She was polite but a little taken a back by everything I told her. I went ahead and left my jewelry with them for repair because they have always done good work for me in the past. I returned to the store to pick up my rings and the woman who had originally been so rude was behind the counter. I asked someone else to please check the status of my rings. My rings came out great, they did good work. However I could hear the previously rude employee talking about me from across the room. The behavior of these employees shocked me. I was pleasant every time I came in because I did not want to act like them by getting upset at the way they were treating me. I believe this business does good work but they need to address their customer service. Previous to this I had always had amazing customer service here.

We have had many things made here as well as purchased many items. Excellent and honest folks to deal with. We just had them make us matching 50th Anniversary wedding bands and they did a superb job in a timely period of time. Just excellent. Ben B.

I'd heard about Golden Nonsense in Tomball. All good. I took a piece of jewelry there for repair. The staff is friendly and knowlegeable. They fixed the jewelry and did a very nice job. I would definite recommend them and will use their services in the future.

At short notice they made a Heart pendant that could be broken into 3 parts for each children. They did a wonderful job and I have used them ever since! Great work guys....keep it up!

No matter what you're needs or wants, they work with you to the end!Such a pleasant environment.
