Movers are great. Management is horrible. The owner Steve hit us with various hidden fees that were not mentioned up front. Then he spent 15min arguing with the lead mover on refusing to accept a coupon I had from them which in turn he tried charging us an extra 15min for and finally accepted the coupon............I would totally use them again if I knew there was different management. As long as Steve is the owner I do NOT recommend.

Used them to remove a hot tub. I was given a price, but when they arrived they tried to charge me by weight and space on the truck. Weight had never been mentioned. They tried to charge $530 when the charge for the whole truck was about that amount. A friend had used them and was charged around $200. We had to pay twice that amount. We were moving so we had to get it removed that day. I had gotten a quote for 2 hours, 2 men, to help us load our moving truck. Again, when I called to book them the price had increased for that also. I would not recommend them due to my negative experience with the Magnolia group.
