so so much agree with previous reviews, actually, i wou'd put zero stars.

contrary to the other unlucky customer, the man did answer call and did appear on my grounds within hours.



First was impatient beeping outside the gates. we have gated property. then after driving in, me waving, no acknowledgement, no smile, no window drop.

we needed heads to be re installed, i already had approved drawing. he says 2300$!!!!! wft?! i have been quoted for plan/drawing and intstallation 1300 before. without- 800-900. i already did my own drawing. i say, well it is very expensive. he said well that is, i am very busy.

and of course, that rip off price was specially made up for my house. it is not his regular. we live in a nice mansion on 1+acre.

please, go elsewhere, this company a big NO.

old school man dictator, dislikes of women, that actually CAN be knowledgeble and tell him what to do (well, i pay isn't it???).

forget it, dial elsewhere. left terrible impression of a bitter old man.

DO NOT USE! The owner never returns calls, and when you do finally get him on the phone, he is rude and acts like he cant be bothered when you try to ask questions to clarify what he is talking about. I finally gave up and went with A1 Septic who took care of my problem the same day, WITHOUT the attitude.

Please do yourself a favor and continue to search for another company to do your septic. The owner is crazy, rude, and completely unprofessional. We've been waiting for them to complete our septic install for months. He's banged on windows and doors, shouted inside our house, almost took down our power while using it, and that's only the beginning. Just move along and keep searching for someone else to do your work. It's not worth it.

I had a service contract with this company. For some reason, my septic system was needing to be pumped annually when it should have been 5-7 years between pumping. I called them 3 times to come and check out the system. 2 times they did not return my call. The one time they did, they told me they would come out and never showed up. I ended up calling a different septic company and they found and corrected the problem right away. I will never do business with them again.

Not a very professional company. Many promises made and not kept. Destroyed my yard and would not fix after promising to do so. Hit my wood deck with tractor and would not fix. Cost me $900 to fix. We asked for our permit # so that we could use another company and he refused to give it to us. Had to call the county. Verbally challenged my wife. I could go on and on. Complaints on the BBB also. Not from me.
