To use replacement windows as an example, when you see the cost difference between a hollow framed, non-insulated window, compared to the cost of a Premium insulated frame, triple pane, LowE, argon filled window, the energy savings alone will most likely pay for the cost difference in relatively short amount of time.Most window replacement companies only carry products from 1-2 window manufacturers. What this means to you, the homeowner, is that the sales person has to sell you a specific manufacturer whether it truly meets your needs or not. Picture Perfect Exteriors agrees to its opinion to remedy any issues related to defective craftsmanship without charge throughout the lifetime of the home and within a reasonable time after receiving notice of said defect. The warranty covers defects in craftsmanship, but does not include defects or damages attributable to normal weathering or defects caused by: accidents, fire, lightening, flood, earthquake, windstorms, windborne objects, ice, hail or other acts of God, or by vandalism, civil disorder, or harmful fumes, vapors, chemical pollutants, air pollution, mildew, fungus, salt, building settlement, structural failure of roof, walls, foundations or any part of the attached structure, or any other causes beyond the companys control.
