The manager Kelly is the rudest, incomprehensible and inconsiderate person I’ve met. Their schedules are running from 3mth to a month. I’ve used PetDesk to make my appointments. If for vaccinations then for vaccination, if for small animal surgery-neuter for small animal. But when I went today and explained that I made the appointment for vaccinations and small animal (for neuter) I got a little frustrated when the manager said that it was only for vaccines and that I had to reschedule another appointment 3 weeks to a month from now. The appointment even said “Provider: We have you all scheduled. Thank you. Drop off is between 8:00 and 8:30 am. Please do not withhold food or water from your pet PRIOR TO SURGERY.” I went to drop off my pet and that’s when everything started. If the vet os the one who schedule surgeries, why is there an option for you to make an appointment for surgery? It makes it confusing and frustrating to have to wait that long for another appointment. Funny thing is that the “MANAGER KELLY” didn’t work with the client and just was very rude overall with a frustrated client that, to her understanding, was already scheduled for surgery. I gave two stars because the rest of the staff, vets included, has been very helpful and good. But the manager that’s in charge of appointment and everything else was not!! She didn’t even try to understand why I was frustrated, treated me like I was a irrational and crazy because of something like this.

I called this clinic to see if they do C-sections. Not only did they say they could not perform the C-section, but continued to tell me that I should not breed my dog!!! She was so rude. She actually told me over the phone in a 2 minute conversation, that she did all of the talking in, that I don't take care of my dog, nor do I have her see a vet regularly. How would she know!! She has no idea who I am or anything about me. Some of my family from Tomah used to go here and were not happy, I can see why. I called all of them. They assured me, after this they will never take a pet to this facility again. After off the phone with them, I spoke to another local clinic, and although they could not perform the C-section, they gave me a number locally who could. Apparently they do not really care about the health of animals, but to make sure they get their 2 cents in about something they know nothing about.

They are great. you can tell they truly care about your pet. Nice clean facility. They the owner good as well and answer any q's that they can. I will continue to bring my pets.
