He was in no hurry as we were without water for a week. When he showed up he wasn't able to get the well pump out and said we had to drill a new well that would cost around $15,000. I spoke with some friends and they recommended me to call another guy to get the pump out. We did and the other guy got us working water. When we informed Mike Nelson he wasn't doing a well for us he sent us an outrageous bill because he was mad. When we called to discuss it, he threatened us, made up hours and hung up the phone on us. Not professional, definitely not impressed!
