This place is amazing! The staff go above and beyond to ensure every child has a positive and happy learning experience. Their policies are fare and they ensure every child's safety by sticking to their policies. The reviews below are bogus as I'm sure these ratings are from families who had children that were overly aggressive, didn't pay their bill or are just down right negative. The center has been open for 30 years and a hand full of staff have been employed for over 20 years. This speaks wonders on it's own. Don't let a few angry and mean reviews stop you from calling to set up a tour at this unique center. My children grew up here and still talk about all the amazing staff and memories attached to this place.

My daughter was enrolled for 2 weeks but only went 3 days out of those weeks. They never mentioned we had to pay 240 dollar deposit until the last week she was there..even on the paper they give u at the end of the week said we owed 193 dollars. The following Monday she said we owed a total of 400 dollars, there is only one income coming in every 2 weeks so we decided to take her out not only because it was so expensive but because we had issues from day one with them only changing her diaper every 4 hours if that even after asking them to change it every hour due to severe diaper rash, every time of go to pick her up she was so thirsty because they wouldn't let them have a water bottle outside (even though they say they do) they couldn't even find it when I came to get her!! Vera the owner had the most awful disrespectful attitude because of the fact I was taken her out and told me if I wanted her stuff back I could pay 200 dollars(for a week that she is not even there)and I shouldn't show my face there again. I'm amazed this place is still in business. I wouldn't even give them one star!!!

My children were there for less than a month and I kept getting phone calls at work for typical 2 year old and 4 year old behavior. The owner's personality was not a good mesh with me, my husband, or kids. We were told we would get the security deposit back but that never happened. I'd try going elsewhere before going to this place. I left this place feeling like there was something wrong with my children because it was their first time in daycare. My children are now at another daycare in Tomah and they love it there; we have not received a single complaint from their care provider.

My son turned two the day he started. He is a very inquisitive child. He likes to go go all the time. Like most two year olds. He's also loving and sweet. Like all two years olds. He is big for his age. Could easily pass as a three year old. He went to Kids Kountry for less than two weeks. They kivked him out because he opens doors and they have to tell him not to do things more than once. Well hes two. What do you expect. They advertise how they teach manners and disapline. Yet they give up on a two year old. I had told them thay I would bring him on the Days that his normal provider works because she has more patience for him. They told me if I felt that way then I need to take him and leave. That he isn't a good fit. Well congratulations Kids Kountry you just screwed over a hard working single mom. They were incredibly rude to me. Brought me to tears even.
