Unintelligent and unknowledgeable, or just plain scam artists.



I ordered a system from them back in 2011. I was active duty at the time, and wanted it ready when I came home on leave. I had a budget of $2000, and spent just under that amount. At the time, I knew very little about how to shop for components, and was simply following people's advice. Because I wanterd an ASUS motherboard which he insisted were the lowest quality on the market (feel free to laugh at the stupidity of that statement), I ordered it myself and shipped it to him. That's not the issue; I can understand having a bad experience with a reputable brand. The issue is the psu he chose.

In a $2000 dollar system, he told me that a $100 dollar ultra 750w psu would be what I needed. First, I would have been fine with 550w; 650w tops if I was going to put in a second gpu (which I never did). Second, if you look at tom's hardware psu tier list (http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html) they are at the very bottom, the never buy, risk of fire tier. Do not give them your business.

They talk like they know everything. I took my pc in to upgrade my graphics card and he said oh ati is the best and blah blah blah. NvidiA overrules ati and they go oh your wifi isn't working we gotta keep ur pc overnight. Horrible service when they say Dell doesn't know anything but once I go home and call them Dell goes and gets on my pc off there virtual chatting or whatever it is. they fixed it right away didn't cost a dime. From what I heard they use used parts for there pcs they sell so don't buy anything. (:

terrible customer service. Staff have little knowledge of said computer skills. They over charge and under satisfy.

The Funky Monkey of Tomah Wi is the best.They will look at your computer and diagnose the problem while you wait.And at no cost.

They are very friendly and straight forward, and will noy try to sell you anything you do not need.There prices are very reasonable and can usually have your computer back the same day.



I would recommened them to anyone.
