I came in at about 5 in the evening knowing that something was going wrong with my heater core. I needed it either bypassed or replaced so that I could be on my way. I would have done it myself but did not have all the tools to do the job. They told me they could not get the part until 8am the next morning. Not good but what was I to do. The next morning - knowing that this job should only take an hour - I showed up at 9. At that point the heater core was out but it took another 3.5 hours to get it in. This was not because they were working on it but because they would do other things, telling me that they have to let the insulation dry out. On top of that , they charged me for 4 hours of labor instead of the one that it should have taken, even though they did not have someone working on it for the full 4 hours. The job was done correctly but I was way overcharged and delayed.

Our tire blew around 11:00 p.m. and the guy picked us up and brought us to a gas station. He said that the nearest place we could get a tire in the correct size was in La Crosse, 50 miles away, and that he could get it in the morning. He told us that Walmart would not have right tire. He told us he would have it around 9:00. When we called him at 9:20, he said it would be about an hour. After a couple more calls, he finally brought it to us at 11:25. The tire was unbalanced. We called Walmart, and not only did they have correctly sized tires, they had three different brands of it. The only good thing about this company was that it was not overpriced. It cost about the same amount it would have at Walmart, but the Walmart quality would have been much better.
