Wonderful customer service from the ladies that work there. Very friendly, quick and efficient! If you don't want to pay a ton for a good pair of glasses this is the place to go.

When I got my new pair of glasses, I could not see out of the right lens, it was almost twice as thick as the left lens. I asked for another appointment, and the lady argued with me telling me I needed time to adjust. I have been wearing glasses longer than she has been alive, I have never needed more than a few minutes to adjust to new glasses, not even my first pair.

Someone somewhere in their department messed up, Instead of the assistant calling me all but a liar, they should own up to their mistakes, and make it right immediately, not expect me to wait a few days to try and see if my eye adjusts to a lens that it can not see out of even remotely.
