We hired them to repair a leak in our roof. They had to return 3 times because their repairs have not worked. The last time they came, they used spray foam which was clearly visible in the valley of the roof for no reason. Now our roof is still leaking and the shingles they also replaced do not match the color of our original shingles. We filed a complaint with the BBB and are considering legal options because they will not accept any responsibility for the leak still occurring, they blame us for not wanting an entirely new roof even though we were never quoted for one or discussed this, and they won't refund us our money because they insist they stopped the leak and did their job. It is convenient when they say you do not need to be home while they do their repairs, but do not trust them.

Needed my second story roof vent replaced. Called for estimate Friday, came out Monday, job done Wednesday, Showed up on time, noticed my gutters were clogged, offered to clean out at since they were already there (at a discount). Were in and out in about 2 hrs. for both jobs. Got Senior discount (which is much appreciated) Gave me the left over shingles. Will use again.

I had a contractor scheduled to replace the gutter on the front of my house for $600+. Two men and a ladder came out and gave me a quote to rehang the existing for $50. My wife and I are both out of work so I canceled the first contractor and went with the $50 quick fix until I can get back to work and get the job done right. We scheduled last week to have them come out Monday. I get a call Sunday and they tell me its now $135 plus the $50. Meanwhile I have water pouring down the from of the house and creating a huge problem around the foundation. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. THEY LIED TO ME ON THE QUOTE SO I CANCELED THE OTHER CONTRACTOR AND THEN TRIPLED THE PRICE THE NIGHT BEFORE THE SCHEDULED FIX.
