The salesman dean and chad were great buuuut the salesmanager was a condisending jerk. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a so called sales pro in my life. They tried low balling my ultra classic by almost 5000 dollars. I will go to nepoleon hd where they truely treat customrrs with respect
