North Coast needs a attitude check.. stop calling your customers and talking to them crazy.. example I pay my car note faithfully every two weeks. On Fridays.. my bank hold the money and it is on hold for up to three days.you get paid no later than Tuesday.. don't call me talking about my card has declined. Because you trying to run it a couple of times. No. it is on a biweekly schedule.

Update- North Coast has shut down my car. I tried calling them they were closed. I sent an email and a screen shot of my account to show them that they ran my card or whatever. Monday I will be up there to talk to the rude lady and her Supervisor. Not only that I have to find a ride to work.

I’ve had my car for a little over 2 years now and I’ve haven’t had many problems but I wish I would have never put myself in this position to where I risk losing my car every week since they switched my payment from biweekly to weekly which has been nothing but a problem for me. They don’t care about what you have going on in life. I’m over it. And i was charged probably at least double what my car is worth. I’m so ready to let them come take the vehicle but don’t want to have it on my credit. And I pay 400 a month for a 2010 Kia Sedona which is more than what I would pay for a 2017 car at a car dealership. I’m over it and can not wait to be done with this company.

Northcoast has many friendly workers. They help you out in any situation and understand that life happens. They are all very knowledgeable and has been very helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve had.. definitely worth it!!

Very grateful to them. I needed a car, and they had no trouble financing me on the spot no questions asked. The jeep was great had no problems or issues. No problem with the auto pay, and if I needed anything Dana was always helpful. Would recommend them to anyone, and I am getting ready to buy a second car from them.

There was an issue with my auto pay and we missed a payment, and not only did the staff grant me a few extra hours to get my payment in, they were extremely friendly and helpful in my time of duress. Maybe they have a new staff but I have nothing but good experiences with them so far!

Stay clear

They suck, they r rude jenniffer called me a f-n moron .becauuse my phone was messing up. If u r one day late they call u and ur family a millon times and they.text.u .. These people crossed.the line by calling me a name. I will report this to the bbb. And I will post it every where dont go thru northcoast they rip u off. They.r rude and guess what they can have their back too its junk and paid way to much .. Please people stay clear of them
