Great place to pick up those little used parts that would run you big $$ if you bought them new. Staff has always been friendly and in my experience prices are great!

Very disappointed!! I needed a wheel for my car and as this is christmas time, i didnt have money for new. I called and asked if they had a wheel for my car. I was told they had multiple to choose from. I drove 30 minutes on my spare. I get there and the lady gave me spotty directions to the 4 cars similar to mine in the lot. After trudging through the snow to look at the cars in sub-freezing temperatures, i find out that not a single car actually has wheels on it! Apparently they dont document which piece gets picked off the cars or they could have just told me they didnt have it! Not happy at all.

STAY AWAY if wanting to sell your vehicle! They will set up a time with you but not show up over and over again. Cost me an additional $88 before I called a reputable company to come get our car

STAY AWAY! Made arrangements for them to purchase are car that was totaled. Next day they never showed up to pick it up. Called them back to schedule for the next day and they didn't show up. All the while I'm getting charged $22 a day at the parking lot it was sitting at. By the third day was told they would not be able to get it as promised because of the weather. There is no weather related issues in the area. Will never use them again exclamation point

Nice yard but sky-high prices. I can buy used parts around the corner at Cherry Picked for a lot less money. Plus LKQ has a lot of hidden charges, core fees and a much higher price if you want a warranty. The place has been open about 2 years and most of the cars have been there since they opened. Not sure what their plan is.
