I was very satisfied with how quickly they came. Best price in the city of Toledo. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again

EXTREMELY unprofessional. Told me to call 30 minutes before coming to get my towed car and to bring cash. Initially told me price was $140. When I called to let them know I was on my way, was told initial price was wrong and actual price was $128. I asked again to confirm that I need to bring cash but the person I talked to never specified I needed to bring exact change. When I got to Jet’s I told the man there that I had $140. He told me he didn’t have change and because I had taken a Lyft to the place, there was no way for me to drive somewhere to get change. He took my full $140 to get my car back but I was not given any type of receipt.

Jet Towing is a dying breed of auto towing services where they don't charge an arm and a leg like most "big" companies. Their driver was not only on time and polite, but even went as far as to point out what he saw was wrong with my car before towing it.

Jet Towing is the preferred towing company of L & M Automotive, which is my auto mechanic shop. -I knew if L&M recommended them, then they were sure to be affordable, reliable and a pleasure to work with.

I was stranded on the highway...they arrived very quickly and recommended a reputable repair shop to take my vehicle to.Very satisfied with the overall experience.

Wasn't sure about trying them with all bad reviews but I had a complete opposite experience. My car broke down in BG and I live in Northwood they towed it for me for a great price and did it in a timely manner will definetly use them again

These people are ridiculous!!! They towed my van to the wrong shop! The shop, Walkers, refused to put a tire on it. So this left me in a bind considering that the original shop where I wanted it to go, Warren Street, had everything that I needed. This is tow company refused to reimburse me for the extra fees and also wanted to charge me again for a tow from Walkers to Warren Street. So unfair!!! DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE TOWED BY THIS COMPANY!!! And if you do business with Warren Street find your own tow company because they are affiliated with these people.

4 1/2 hours to come out and tow me

They are rude when you call and unless they only have to drive a couple miles, they're expensive

DO NOT use these guys. They showed up and blocked my street today around 630 to haul off a car. The driver got rude with my nieghbors and refused to move his vehicle a few feet to let people through. He even attempted to pick a fight with one of them, and made a big scene. On top of that, they stole items from my vehicle and claimed I was lying. NEVER hire a company that spray paints their name on the vehicle
