Had my car detailed in Maumee. They did not wash the windows on the inside, and the car is filthy after one light rain, not something I have EVER had after my car is waxed (as it should have been with the detailing). The dirt will stream off after a proper waxing. Disappointed with their rush job.

I have a 08 Saturn Vue and there are two side grills that covers a side light. After visiting this location, one of the grills was broken off and scratch my door. The manager said it appeared I broke it and glued it back on. ..Yea right? They will not take responsiblity and even have a sign that indicated they are not responsible for after market installations. This isn't the case and therefore repair my vehicle.

I was a monthly war customer and they scratched my car from the hood, over the top, and onto the trunk and refused to pay the $85.00 repair cost. They were rude and surly and I will never do business with them again.
