The office staff are incredible to deal with, extremely friendly and helpful and Brandy goes above and beyond to help you. Joe and Cheryl also are there at the drop of a hat if needed. The crew that did my roof stayed until 9pm 2 nights in a row to meet my deadline that was fast approaching. They definitely went above and beyond what my expectations were!!! My roof looks fantastic also!! Thank you Arnold's team!

My wife and I determined that it was time to replace our roof and gutters on our house. This was our first time having to deal with a major home renovation, and we didn’t know what to expect. We chose Arnold’s to make these repairs on our house, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. From the initial estimate all the way through to the final walkthroughs, we felt very comfortable through the process. We knew what was going on, when it was going on, and how things were being done the entire time. We want to especially thank Jake Buss, who served as our estimator and liaison throughout the process. Jake was onsite almost daily during the replacement, taking time to do anything from answer questions that we had to following up on the crews, making sure our yard and driveway were clear from debris at the end of the day’s work. We are very satisfied with the work that Arnold’s did for us, and would recommend Arnold’s to anyone looking to do any home improvement project.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Did our roof and siding last year and so we had them do our kitchen this year and it is absolutely perfect and takes our breath away every time we go in. All our neighbors, friends and family are in agreement with us that this is THE company to call for any and every project.

Arnold's is a wonderful home improvement company! They actually answered the phone when I called and the salesman they sent was so helpful. He was very low pressure (which I LOVED!), and the installers were very courteous and knowledgeable and they got the job done quickly. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend this company. I recently had them install some of my brand new appliances. The poor workmanship lead to a water leak that damaged my entire floor and the damage has yet to be repaired. I had a third party plumbler inspect their work who later reported that they appeared to have unqualified contractors based on the work performed.
