Repairman came out within one hour of my call. Quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. Very professional and work was done to my satisfaction.

Ace Appliance has come to my home twice now to service a couple of appliances. The repairman, Brian V. was on time, prompt when servicing the appliance and fully explained what he did. I would recommend Ace Appliance to my friends and family.

My 2013 Maytag refrigerator was leaking water onto the floor due to a poorly designed drain line. Luckily I had bought an extended warranty and called them on a Thursday. They scheduled a repair for Monday with Ace Appliance. A couple hours later Ace called me to verify the repair and said if I wanted they could repair it the next day Friday afternoon which I agreed to. The repairman called first then showed up and replaced the drain line in 45 minutes. Took his shoes off when he entered. Very friendly and professional. I did not know Ace existed but I will use them if something else has issues.

Cory came to repair my stove and was very fast and efficient! Quickly got me back in business, just in time to do some baking. Thanks Ace!

Our washer and dryer was not working properly. The technician named Brian was sent out. He arrived promptly was kind and courteous . Very professional. We were very impressed!

Emailed Ace Appliance with our problem, called us within 5 minutes to schedule the service call the following day. Brian V was prompt. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Gave an accurate estimate. Had the part with him in the truck and my washer was fixed and ready to use. Highly recommend.

We requested service online, and very promptly received a phone call to schedule. Our technician, Brian V, was early for our appointment, and was very polite and helpful. He tried several things to get our microwave to work, then was very honest that it was not fixable. He saved us a lot of time and money. I just received service on my 26 cu. ft. Hotpoint side-by-side refrigerator/freezer after calling for help today. The repair technician was very courteous, helpful, and took care of the problem quickly and also explained very clearly what had caused it to no longer cool my food supplies. Kraig M. from Ace Appliance, Inc. was the service tech. He was prompt and knowledgable. He tried to fix the fridge the easiest and least expensive way possible. When that was not possible and he realiazed he didn't have the part he went out of his way to get my fridge fixed as early as was convenient for me. Now that is customer service.

Tony came out to service our front loading washing machine. He was very friendly and polite. He was early to our appointment, and he was very efficient. He was completely done within 20 minutes, and the estimate he gave me was the final cost. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I called at 5:10 PM thinking the business might be closed, but took a chance. I was very happy to hear they were still open and even better, they had an opening the evening I called. My Serviceman who's name is Dillon called right away that he was on his way. He was very professional. He checked out all possible problems before finding the valve in the water line needed replaced. My Ice maker was fixed and he was on his way within 30 minutes. Now that's what I call service ! Thank You Ace Appliance !
