Based upon not being able to reach anyone at the company and leaving SEVERAL messages, I wouldn't recommend them. I was also advised he was on the city council board and could contact "Lynn" for making appointments as well but she is based out of Nashville TN. Probably would be better off using a different company. The standing ice machines seems to be okay. Ice melts faster though due to it not being "dry ice" but when you can't get a response from others then you have to resort to other options. Good luck to all.
