This company is a bunch of scam artists. The gym facilities they run are a insanely second hand, extremely behind in regards to any sort of technology and they don't put any money into their clubs.

The daughter of the owner is a club manager. She refuses to take any sort of responsibility and the mom is even worse. The mom, company owner, passes the buck to her daughter.
They won't do any type of memberships other than full commitment contracts. All of the cardio equipment is super old. It doesn't function to the best of it's ability and when the manager was told about broken equipment (a large fan in particular) she blamed it on the "Fix It Man", who had already been in and looked at it. How about buy something new and invest in your business?

The only upside to this facility: all female club with great in club service. The women who run the front desk do their best to be accommodating. It seems that there is usually only one person (anticipate waiting to be helped) because they are severely understaffed. The class instructors are very knowledgeable and kind, but it also seems some of the members will not make room for you. They are old and stuffy and they absolutely refuse to make accommodations for new members.

There is no wi-fi. The bathrooms look like garbage: absolutely disgusting. The sauna smells like it hasn't been full sanitized in probably 3 years. They consistently aren't able to take in club payments because the "internet is out".

I would never recommend a relationship with this organization. I would have reported them to the BBB, but they aren't even accredited there.
