i went to the pet smart in crestwood to have my dog groomed,what a mess,i had andrea,she wasted 2 hours of my day,my dog ziggy weighs 5 lbs.he tryed to bite her right from the get go,he was terrified,so she didnt handle that well.over dramatized it,(andrea) not the dog,so i took him home ungroomed.the next day i took zigs to tinley park,i got carly what a difference,he had a rough start,carly told me she put a cone on his head,but she said after a few minutes she was able to remove it,what a wonderful experience,the tinley park groomers so much kinder.i talked to the store manager in crestwood, very nice man,i will take my doges there he told me some other groomers name,but ziggy will stay with carly in tinley park,whom i tipped 15.00
