Being from out of town, I asked the clerk at our hotel about some restaurants. I asked for something like an Applebee's. She suggested TJ Willie's. The outside dining area looked very nice and I think would have been a nice choice if it wasn't almost 90 degrees. We opted for inside dining. It was not very crowded on this Saturday evening and we were seated immediately. The decor was very nice and more upscale than I thought it would be. The only complaint I have for this place were the chairs. I don't think all the chairs were like ours though. We had round soda shop chairs without much padding - a little uncomfortable after a while. Anyway, I had the char grilled red salmon with rice and veggies (green beans). It was one of the best pieces of salmon I have ever had! And the rice was perfect and flavorful as were the green beans. The honey butter on the warm bread was excellent also. The wife ordered the lasagna and it was the best tasting lasagna either of us had ever had. I hope I have a chance to come close to Tiffin again some day, because I will definitely go back to TJ Willie's.
